Don’t see what you need?
Our web store contains the more popular items that we sell. If you don’t see it on our website, we likely can still get it for you. Just contact us, and we can provide you a lead time & quote.
Due to limited space, we keep only common items in stock. If your shopping cart indicates an item is not in stock, it will typically take 2-3 days to get the item in stock. If the lead time is longer than this, we will notify you. If we have only part of your order in stock, you have the option to have us ship what is in stock then ship the remainder when it arrives. Please note that this will result in increased shipping fees. If you wish to split the order, simply attach a note to the order and we can revise the shipping quote.
Items that have not been opened from their original packaging can be returned for full credit of the purchase price (shipping cannot be refunded). Items that did not have original packaging may be returned as long as they are in an undamaged, new condition. Buyer will be responsible for cost of return shipping. We cannot accept returns on items that are custom order, such as items that are cut to length.
We can ship to countries outside the USA, provided we can meet the Export Compliance regulations for the destination. Because international order shipping is more complicated, our web store does not currently process these orders, and we have to process them manually. There is a surcharge for international orders to cover the costs of filing the additional paperwork required. Contact us if you are outside the USA for a personalized quote.
